After quite some time, here is the entire Kingdom Hearts group, complete with Xion and Kairi. All up to date.

For those who do not know already, once the stock for conventions is sold out, I'm not bringing the KH cast to cons anymore. I've been doing them since the start of making these little clay figures and I'm tired of doing so. After they're gone, they'll be commissionable only.

If anyone wants the entire set, I have one, un-handled, for $200 plus shipping and handling. I will keep them together until next Anime Boston, if no one claims them as a full group, they'll be sold with the rest of the individuals.

first of all, they are AMAZING! second, did you just use clay, or did you glaze them, or coat them with something? because i have polymer clay and it does not come out looking like that...

oh yeah and i love the detail on Sora

I only use clay. When I first started out I might have used paint or sharpie for small detail work, but now I don't, its all clay.

No, polymer clay doesn't bake shiny, for that you have to use a glaze of some sort. If you're starting out then Sculpey Glaze in the small jar is a good starting point.
